Just got a round tuit and booked the hotels :)

My A plan route suggestion being:
full tank and empty bladder at Samphire Ho
fuel stop/comfort break A303 Popham Services (SO21 3SP)
fuel stop/comfort break A30 Honiton BP Services (EX14 1BQ)

I might join you yet. According to Google Maps, Home to Dover to Lands End to Home is 927miles, throw in a couple of check points in the East Midlands, maybe East Anglia to take the mileage up and make it a less direct / more interesting route and that's a winter SS1000. - Still at the, you must be mad / planning stage, but we'll see.

Advance warning.
J10 M25 to to A3 undergoing 'junction improvements' until 2025, single lane on the junction so if you are planning to cut the corner to the M3 via the A331 you can come off at J9 A24 and get to Guildford via A246 East Horsley it is signed as a diversion or continue on to the M3 at J12.
