this is from a website: The European entry ban applies to travelers from countries with a high COVID-19 risk outside the EU/Schengen (including the United Kingdom). This means that they are not allowed to enter the European Union/Schengen area and therefore the Netherlands. An exception applies to some (safe) countries or destinations. You always need proof of test if you travel to the Netherlands from a country outside the EU/Schengen.
Just heard, from Paul T B in Holland, that their Government website states that from 2nd February, if one is double vaccinated, there will be no requirement to quarantine.
