100CCC Attempt - 4 February

Just got off the phone to Dan , he's through into WA, about 10km past BV and making good time. Also enjoying the views of the Bunda Cliffs!
He had about an hour of rain on the Nullarbor which he said was quite impressive.

appears to be running 60 minutes behind Martin's schedule. I would estimate he'll be in Perth at the same time Martin was or close to it.

He has a good tailwind and temps around 20deg, should help with the fuel economy.

Ron it looks like they align with a rest area, a bit of a break perhaps. I have noticed there has been a few times when Dan has utilised rest areas for what seems a few minutes, maybe quicker to have a pee in the scrub than at a servo?

makes sense....an American accent at one of those servos could cost him valuable time "What are you doing mate, where are you going to, where have you come from?" And the inevitable "WHY????????"
